Intensive 1: Business, Branding, and Intellectual Property (July 2024)
Description: Business, Branding, and Intellectual Property is a single-session, online intensive class for actors, models, lawyers interested in pursuing a career in fashion or entertainment law, and other individuals interested in protecting their brand. The class will cover how and when to form an LLC, personal brands, branding for businesses, protecting a brand before you register a trademark, how and when to file a trademark, and protecting your personal and professional image when you’re signed with a talent or model agent or manager.

Course 1: Modeling Industry Bootcamp (April 2024)
Description: Modeling Industry Bootcamp is a four-session live online course that provides an in-depth explanation of modeling contracts, model releases, standard industry practice, the business of modeling, the agent-manager distinction, unions, labor laws, photography copyrights, and more. It is well-suited to actors and models at all stages of their career, as well as fashion lawyers, photographers, and other individuals with an interest in the fashion, modeling, or entertainment industries in general. Classes will be kept small in order to leave time to have substantive discussions and answer questions. Beginners will learn quickly, and experienced individuals will gain a deeper understanding of critical topics. You will come away from the course better equipped to manage your career, having gained the knowledge necessary to protect yourself as well as promote yourself.
